New 16,000S SF facility for Planet Plumbing. L4 worked with the architect, owner and suppliers through final design to develop a sophisticated yet cost-effective steel framed structure clad in energy efficient insulated metal panels on both the walls and roof. L4 procured and self-performed the erection of this structure to mitigate cost increases.
