At L4, we hold true to a few foundational beliefs:
Every project we explore or build is first evaluated from our core beliefs and commitment to our customers. We look for ways to bring clarity to a project scope, to unify all team players, and ways we can contribute valuable insight and strategy to achieve an optimal outcome. We are strategic thinkers, managers, partners and builders — our goal is to support our team in producing impressive projects completed on time and on budget.
The mechanism of efficiency is much deeper than good intentions. At L4, we understand those mechanisms in a unique way. Our team has specific skill sets that bring valuable input to how a project is phased and the means and methods we implement. From designing workflow processes to minimally handle and move materials to the equipment we use for specific tasks, our project processes are done with intention and wisdom. We understand that dollars and cents add up — we are watching and monitoring every stage and aspect of our projects to keep things on track and identify problems areas before they translate into additional project cost.
We understand that people are more than productivity and a means to profitability. Our safety protocols prioritize the safety and health of our workers, partners, and the public. We believe that a well oiled and maintained machine is more productive, cost effective, and safe. L4 is proactive in preventative training, safe and efficient workflow processes, OSHA safety compliance, and good communication.
Everyone working on our job sites is required to notify upper management if they observe anything that makes them uncomfortable or causes a potential safety hazard to the person doing the work or anyone else. If someone makes a mistake, we promote positive reinforcement and training to prevent future incidents. This creates a culture of looking out for the team and project owners — watch each other’s backs instead of covering each other’s tracks.
